Q: How/why did you get into this industry?
I had 15+ years of experience in the medical field and was looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills into a different field while still staying connected to medicine. The intersection of the medical and legal fields seemed like the perfect opportunity for me to grow.
Q: How did you find/why did you choose IMS | JM?
At the time Erin Saenz referred me, I was actively exploring new opportunities. She shared details about the position, and I was genuinely excited about the prospect of joining such an exceptional team.
Q: What do you like most about your specific department and/or role?
I absolutely love the teamwork dynamic in my department! It is incredible how everyone is always ready to lend a hand or offer support without any hesitation. We come together seamlessly to achieve our goals, and the collaborative effort with other departments to ensure top-notch quality for our clients is truly fulfilling. The commitment to excellence and the sense of unity makes every day a rewarding experience. Working in such a supportive and collaborative environment is truly inspiring and makes me excited to contribute my best every day.
Q: What internal accomplishment are you most proud of?
I am thrilled every time our team achieves our monthly goal for new cases. It is an amazing internal accomplishment that fills me with pride.
Q: Are there any stories/memories you would like to share?
I still vividly recall the early days when there were just 23 of us in the office. It is truly incredible to witness the remarkable growth of our company!
