Q: How and why did you get into this industry?
A: My longstanding interest in the legal field led me to pursue an associate's degree in paralegal studies, which brought me to San Antonio.
Q: How did you find/why did you choose IMS | JM?
A: The last firm I worked for relied on IMS | Juris Medicus as a primary expert sourcing company for their cases. When I heard about the case manager position, I thought it would be a great progression in my career.
Q: What do you like most about your specific department and/or role?
A: Currently, I serve as the trainer for all new case managers and manage a team as well. Stepping into the trainer role was an easy decision, as I once aspired to be a teacher. I enjoy that part of my job the most because I am naturally a teacher at heart, and I revel in sharing the knowledge that I have accumulated over my tenure at IMS| JM.
Q: What internal accomplishment are you most proud of?
A: I am most proud of my growth from a case manager to a supervisor, and now a trainer. Our team has worked diligently to streamline these roles, ensuring that we can help others grow quickly and efficiently in their positions.
Q: What do you think sets IMS | JM apart from competitors or other companies?
A: The "white glove" customer service that we strive to deliver on every case with every client truly sets us apart. As case managers, we focus on bridging the gap between experts and clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience with IMS | JM.
Q: How do the IMS | JM core values align with your own?
A: The core values have one main theme: a commitment to high standards. I carry that belief from my professional life into my personal life.

A: I believe the most valuable aspects of our service are the personalized customer service approach combined with our team of experienced experts.
