Invoicing Process
Invoices must be submitted in the form of an attachment, preferably Microsoft Excel or Word, but we will accept PDF.
Please reference your IMS Legal Strategies | Juris Medicus engagement number and the matter name on your invoice, description of the work performed, your rate, and number of hours. This information may be found on your contract.
Fill in the attached template and send it to our billing team at the end of each month: caseintake@jurismedicus.com.
Please include your hourly rate, service dates, hours worked, and activities (brief descriptions are generally counsel's preference).
