IMS | JM Senior Human Resources Partner Evelyn Sealey has more than ten years of experience navigating the nuances of a wide range of human resource responsibilities. She currently supports five departments within the company: medical expertise, expert witness custom search, client success operations, accounting and finance, and revenue operations.
As an Air Force veteran, Evelyn’s professionalism is rooted in the principles she developed while she served, which complement the IMS | JM core values. She relies on “Quality and Excellence” and “Operate as One” when collaborating with the human resources team and supporting employees' needs. Evelyn’s passion for helping others positions her as a “go-to” resource for employees and clients.
Evelyn obtained her degree in human resource management from Park University in Missouri. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Before joining IMS | JM, Evelyn served in many industries, including healthcare, sports and entertainment, oil and gas, wine and spirits distribution, and the non-profit sector.
Evelyn’s core values translate into her family values. She and her husband of 34 years, also an Air Force veteran, share two sons and five (and counting) grandchildren. She is also an animal lover, holding a soft spot in her heart for her two poodles, Luke and Jaxson.
