Are out-of-pocket expenses reimbursable?
Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by you in performing services are to be reimbursed at actual cost.
Reimbursable expenses may include but are not limited to expenses relating to telephone calls, travel, messengers, and photocopying.
All travel must be pre-approved by the law firm.
Expenses, other than travel, in an amount exceeding $250 must be pre-approved by the law firm.
