Credibility Disclosure
It is critical that you notify IMS Legal Strategies | Juris Medicus and counsel if anything should occur during your engagement that may harm your credibility as a witness. Counsel can then properly prepare and assist in handling any potential roadblock that may cause your testimony to be excluded. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Implicated in charges such as DUI traffic citations, drug or criminal charges and indictments
- Arrests (whether charges were ultimately filed or not)
- Negative news that has made headlines and can easily be found on Google
- Board sanctions or malpractice claims
- Lack or loss of professional licenses or board certifications
- Daubert challenges on other case matters
