Is there a monthly billing cap?
It has been our experience that invoices that go over a certain threshold of hours tend to create delays in processing and payment.
If you are aware of any monthly billing limitations dictated by the attorney, it is important to budget your time accordingly.
If at any time you anticipate that you will need to exceed the attorney’s billing expectations, please notify us of the additional estimated hours needed in advance.
As a courtesy to our client, we ask that you please notify us if you anticipate that you will invoice more than 100 hours in a month (200 hours if you are billing for a team).
