Please note, it is not uncommon for IMS Legal Strategies | Juris Medicus to receive payments out of order from our clients. In most cases, this is due to an oversight by the client’s accounting team. If this happens, IMS will notify the client of this error and keep you informed once we have more information.
If you are working on a case handled by a joint defense group (JDG), there may be more than one law firm responsible for payment. If this applies to the matter you are working on, each firm is typically responsible for paying their portion which may result in partial payments of your invoice.
